My installations a fully operational in their own right. However if you wish to add an optional extra they are usually only for aesthetic purposes, to save time, or to better control the brewing process.
Automatic underback and valentine - comes as standard on breweries of 8 barrels or greater - if you don't know what they are then trust me you will understand why you wanted one after you have bought them. Ask me direct for the full details. Cost £450.00
Additional in-line hop filter - comes as standard on breweries of 8 barrels or greater. Cost £250.00
Centrifugal 'whirlpool' copper - for use with type 90 hop pellets. 6 to 10 barrel installations. Cost £1,700.00
Permanent digital temperature display - for use in the fermenting vessels (usually). Hot liquor tank display comes as standard. Stainless steel fermenting vessels only. Cost £100.00ea.
Digital display, probe and relay to control temperature in the Hot Liquor Tank. The HLT element(s) comes with a standard bi metal thermostat but this display gives finite accuracy and control over the liquor temperature. £200.00
Digital display and controller to fully automate the temperature in a fermenting vessel. Heater, valves, and pipework supplied and fitted but a refrigeration unit is not supplied. £450 per FV.
Digital display and controller to fully automate the upper temperature only in a fermenting vessel. Valves and pipework supplied, a refrigeration unit is not supplied. £250 per FV
Refrigeration unit - to supply constant cold water for chilling down. Cost £450.00 delivered
Copper top on the 'copper' - for decorative purposes only 4-6 barrel £3,600.00 and 8-12 barrel £4,400.00. See photo.
Malt Mill, auger, malt hopper and hydrator £3,600.00 3 phase motor (single phase + £150)
Low level malt hopper, auger and hydrator £1,300.00 (single phase + £150.00)
Cold liquor tank fully insulated and configured as the hot tank + pump. Cost £1,700 for 4barrel rising to £2,600 for the 12 barrel.

Distance charges are the cost of traveling time and vehicle cost for being on the road. These equate to about £60.00/hour for the time it takes to travel from Manchester to the brewery site and back.

All electrical equipment comes supplied as it is supplied to me, and we do not complete any wiring on site, as we do not have any appropriate qualifications.
