The main training inspiration is from David Porter who runs six microbrewery training courses each year, aimed at people requiring practical brewery training and relevant start up information in a real commercial brewery environment. David Porter will share his invaluable experience giving students insight into achieving a successful business launch, the current market conditions, the brewing process and plant alternatives. Above all David is a practical brewer who has brewed almost every week for more than 20 years, with numerous beer festival awards to prove it! We also have a micro brewery mentality and have never brewed bland mass produced products in a beer factory. We run six courses a year which are usually full several weeks before the start date, so early booking is recommended. To express an interest in booking a course simply send us an email and we will send you the availability and deposit details. Please note that the course is conducted in English and has technical and scientific content; therefore you should be fluent in English if it is not your first language.
