1 Barrel Brewery Specification

Designed to fit in to an area 1.5m x 1.5m with a height of 2.2 m + 2 x 1m sq for the 2 fermenting vessels.

Purpose made insulated stainless steel Hot Liquor Tank (with digital temp display) Mash tun and copper, pump, true stainless steel heat exchanger and two fully approved food grade polyethylene fermenting vessels. The frame is made of fully welded stainless steel.

This plant should take less than half an hour to self assemble then only needs plumbing in to a (potable) water supply, plugging in to mains electricity and then operating instantly when the water has heated up.

The unique design of this equipment is that the mash tun fits into the copper (Russian doll style) and is lifted out slowly during the sparge.

Stainless steel FVs are £600 extra.

This brewery will be able to complete a decoction mash with care and planning, but it is primarily designed to work as an infusion system.

Carriage, excess packing (e.g. for export) are extra.

This brewery comes complete with a training and operating DVD of approximately one hour in length.

Supply needed - 3 x 3 kw (240v) single phase elements, 1 pump, and digital display 5 plugs in total.
The electrics are pre wired and need certification by a fully qualified electrician when installed on site.

Optional extra is a CIP spray ball on the FV lid at £80.

Some small tools are included in the supply in order to become operational as soon as possible.
