304 Stainless Steel 2200L Hot Liquor (water) tank fully insulated and clad in decorative and practical varished timber, complete with fully controllable digital temperature display. This vessel collects the very hot water back from the heat exchanger when cooling the beer from the copper.
304 Stainless Steel Infusion style mash tun insulated and clad in decorative and practical varnished timber with underback, capable of producing 1650L of 5% beer.
304 Stainless Steel Electric Copper (boiling kettle) insulated and clad in decorative varnished timber. Stainless steel oval in / out access manway. Stainless steel chimney designed to exit the nearest wall. For whole leaf hops only.
Full specification stainless steel (3 pass 55) plate heat exchanger with wall bracket.
Two Stainless Steel single skin open fermenting vessels allowing two batches of beer to be brewed each week.
Welded dimpled cooling panels on the fermenting vessels for the addition of cooling water.
